Ease of Use
The auto features of this gigabit switch make installation plug and play and hassle-free. No configuring is required. Auto MDI/MDI-X crossover on all ports eliminate the need for crossover cables or uplink ports. Auto-negotiation on each port senses the link speed of a network device (either 10, 100, or 1000 Mbps) and intelligently adjusts for compatibility and optimal performance. Compact size shell make it ideal for desktops with limited space while it is also Rackmountable, convenient and safe. Dynamic LED lights provide real-time work status display and basic fault diagnosis.

High Performance
The TL-SG1048 features non-blocking wire-speed architecture with a 96Gbps switching capacity for maximum data throughput. An 8K MAC address table provides scalability for even the largest networks. It also supports 802.3x Flow Control for full-duplex mode, and back pressure flow control for half-duplex mode alleviates traffic congestion and ensures reliable data transmission.

Cost-effective Full PoE+ Power Solution Ideal for Hardened Environment Featuring Plug and Play designed to be installed in heavy industrial demanding environments, the IGS-504HPT is a PLANET Industrial-grade, DIN-rail type Unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ Switch with four 10/100/1000BASE-T ports featuring IEEE 802.3at PoE+ and one extra 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 copper interface for uplink connection. The special and convenient power system of the IGS-504HPT supports 12~56V DC power input for power redundancy and operational flexibility. It comes with a total power budget of up to 120 watts for different kinds of PoE applications and operating temperature ranging from -40 to 75 degrees C in a rugged IP40 metal housing. Convenient and Reliable Power System To facilitate the 802.3at PoE+ usage with commonly used 12~48V DC power input for transportation and industrial-level applications, the IGS-504HPT adopts power boost technology to solve power source issue but does not require special power supplies. Intelligent LED Indicator for Real-time PoE Usage The IGS-504HPT helps users to monitor current status of PoE power usage easily and efficiently by its advanced LED indication. Called “PoE Power Usage”, the front panel of the Industrial Gigabit PoE+ Switch has four orange LEDs indicating 30W, 60W, 90W and 120W of PoE power usage. Environmentally Hardened Design With the IP40 metal industrial case, the IGS-504HPT provides a high level of immunity against electromagnetic interference and heavy electrical surges which are usually found on plant floors or in curb-side traffic control cabinets without air conditioning. It features a ventilated construction in which a cooling fan is not necessary, thereby making its operation noiseless. Being able to operate under the temperature range from -40 to 75 degrees C, the IGS-504HPT can be placed in almost any difficult environment. Robust Protection TheIGS-504HPT provides contact discharge of ±6KV DC and air discharge of ±8KV DC for Ethernet ESD protection. It also supports ±6KV surge immunity to improve product stability and protects users’ networks from devastating ESD attacks, making sure the flow of operation does not fluctuate. Flexible and Easy Installation with Limited Space The compact sized IGS-504HPT is specially designed to be installed in a narrow environment, such as wall enclosure.
