The Gigaset AS690HX lets you switch off when you need to. With call protection, you can easily ignore unknown callers, anonymous callers from a withheld number or specific numbers. Manually enter up to 32 unwanted phone numbers in the blacklist or transfer numbers directly from the call history log. If the blacklist is activated, any phone calls from numbers in the list are either rejected or only appear on the display. With the additional time control option, you can also specify when you want the handset to ring - and when you want a bit of peace and quiet.

Always environmentally friendly - and radiation-free thanks to ECO DECT
Like all Gigaset cordless phones, the Gigaset AS690 series is equipped with environmentally friendly ECO DECT technology. This means that the phones are radiation-free in standby mode, even when you're using multiple handsets, provided that the base and all connected handsets support ECO DECT too. During a call, the transmission power automatically adapts to the distance between the handset and the base. The smaller the distance between the handset and the base, the lower the radiation. For maximum DECT range, you can disable ECO DECT mode at any time.
